Return Policy
All returns require a return authorization.

Please provide the following information:
-Order #, name on the order, reason for return
For defective or miss-shipped items, please call us at (408) 354-5450 to determine the course of action that will be taken.
We are a small volleyball specialty shop in California. During normal business hours, someone will respond on the phone or via e-mail.
If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to us unused, in the original packaging within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns after this time may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. Products which are returned to us and are not in "new" condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.
Defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or refunded if returned within 15 days of purchase. All defective merchandise must be returned to us before it will be replaced.
Special orders may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No Customized (screen printed or embroidered) merchandise may be returned unless it is defective. (Dye lot differences are not considered defective.) Please examine your merchandise prior to adding any printing or embroidery.
All returns should be shipped back to Sprockets Silicon Volley either by United Parcel Service or by US Postal service insured. We recommend that you use United Parcel Service for all returns because all of their packages are easily traceable and delivery is verifiable. However if you are using the US Postal service we strongly recommend that the package be insured for the value of the product.
All returns should include with them a copy of the original invoice.
